Asthma can be due to the family history i.e. if the parents had asthma then children can also have the same symptoms. In asthma attack, patient feels difficulty in breathing and taking oxygen. Asthma can be divided in two types i.e. Irritants and Allergens. In the first type of asthma, changed temperature, changed climate, and smoking can cause asthma attack. In second type of asthma dust, mold, pet danger, some drugs can cause asthma attacks.

There are some symptoms to identify the asthma like patient can feel difficulty in breathing and talking. There can be space between the ribs and teen finds it difficult to complete sentence between the breaths. In asthma attack chest tightness can also reflect as the sign. It is important to take a complete medication to prevent asthma. Generally asthma is controlled by the inhaler. Asthma treatment can be of two types - bronchodilators and anti-inflammatories. Bronchodilators are the medicines controlling the muscles around air tubes and protects from the attack. But this medicated treatment should be given under control otherwise it can cause the side effects. If your physician recommends steroids then it is very effective to treats air tube inflammation.
